DIFFICULTY: Easy
Today's challenge doesn't fit under the category of Saying Thank You, which is our theme for this month. I like to try to switch it around, when I can, and throw in an extra idea or two during months that are less busy!
Anyways, today's extra challenge is to email for good! I'm sure that there are a lot of different email services do this, so check to see if yours does! One that I know is live.com/hotmail.com. You can read about it further on the site, but basically Microsoft has pledged to donate a percent of their advertising revenue for every email sent using this site! And, it's not only emails. You can also use their instant messaging system. You can choose to have your emails donated to Susan G. Komen, Unicef, the American Red Cross, the National MS Society, or one of the other options on the site. It's a great way to take something you do everyday without even thinking about it and use it to give back!
As for an update for the Count, I'm glad my family has had better lucky finding change on the ground than I have! Another penny for the change pot and two more soda tabs! (Almost 200 tabs!)
