DIFFICULTY: Medium
So we've already done a lot of little things to help the environment, but there are many more changes you can make to lower your energy consumption and save a lot of money! These are more difficult to do originally, but after you do them once you don't really have to do anything. For example, turning down your thermostat a couple degrees, or using less water when you flush the toilet. This site gives a pretty detailed explanation as to how to do these two things and a couple more, so hopefully I'll be able to do a couple of them! :)
On a side note, today I completed the Day 75 challenge! If you don't feel like clicking on that link, Day 75 was about turning off the computer for an hour to do some exercise! So, today I shut off my computer and ran for 22 minutes and then did a bunch of 10 minute ab workouts. I'll definitely be feeling it tomorrow, but it feels good to help the environment and myself at the same time! :)
