DIFFICULTY: Easy
Ok, ok. So not all TV is bad, and there are plenty of people who never watch TV, but I definitely watch too much of it! Once I turn it on, I HAVE to stay and finish the show, and if I don't change the channel before the next one comes on, I usually end up watching that one too. TV is great to watch a movie or a favorite TV show or two, but there's also a lot of other great things to do! Next time you're bored, maybe trying picking up a book, going for a jog, learning something new. That's what I'm going to try to do! Watching too much TV isn't good for your health or the environment, so cutting back (even just a little!) can really help! If you don't think you can do that forever, maybe try just a week, or a month. Or go a full day or week completely without it!
Also, my sister has been doing an awesome job of collecting soda tabs and change off the ground! 12 more cents for the changpot and 10 more tabs for the count!
