DIFFICULTY: Hard
Today's challenge is to Spirit Jump! I know I said the difficulty of this challenge was hard, but it can really be as easy or as challenging as you'd like it to be. The purpose of Spirit Jumping is to uplift the spirits of the many men, women, and children battling cancer by sending them little cards and gifts. What is great about this idea is that it can be a huge commitment or a very small one, but no matter what you commit to, you're doing a lot of good! Once you sign up to be a Spirit Jumper here, you will be sent emails filled with pictures and stories about people fighting cancer. If their story touches you, as their website says, you can let them know and they will send you the person's mailing address. You are never required to respond to any of the emails you receive, but always can if you'd like to! I think it's a wonderful idea :)
Of course, if you'd like to be assigned to a specific person and be committed to them throughout treatment, then you can also try being a Chemo Angel. This is a much bigger commitment, but there is also something great about supporting the same person throughout treatment and always being there for them!
